Delete Your Account

You can delete your Detamon account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent: it removes your account, username, Pixels wallet, inventory, purchase history, friends, team membership, and chat messages from our servers. Ledger records are anonymized for accounting. This cannot be undone.

The normal way: in the app

Detamon uses anonymous guest accounts that authenticate with a key stored on your device — there is no email or password. Because of that, the only way we can verify that a deletion request really comes from the account owner is through the app itself:

• Open Detamon and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Confirm the warning. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account — use the in-app option first if you want your data gone.

If you can't use the app

If you no longer have the app installed, your device is lost, or the in-app deletion fails, email us and we will handle it manually:

• Email privacy@detamon.io with the subject “Detamon account deletion request”.
• Include your in-game username or the player ID shown in Settings → Account, so we can find the right account.
• We may ask a follow-up question to make sure the account is yours (for example, details about the account only its owner would know), then delete it and confirm by reply — normally within 30 days.

What is kept

After deletion we keep no personal data. Anonymized ledger totals (with no link to you) are retained for accounting integrity, and moderation records required by law may be retained where applicable. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
